Meet Ami
Ami Pomeranc graduated from Baruch college in Manhattan, having majored in Business marketing and sociology. Before he began working in real estate brokerage, Ami worked in hotel management focusing on ground up construction and property management for multiple-multi family projects in New Jersey. All the while, running a non profit company spearheading the fundraising and marketing divisions.
After high school, Ami started working concurrently with attending college, his primary focus was the hotel industry. Ami was instrumental in running the Thompson Hotel chain and the Sixty Hotel brand. Eventually he transitioned into multi-family development and management. He currently owns and manages properties throughout New York and New Jersey.
Real Estate brokerage is a natural fit for Ami at this stage in his life and adds more fun to his schedule. He is an asset for buyers and sellers because of his in-depth knowledge of real estate as an asset, coupled with his encyclopedic knowledge of the city as a whole. Aside from real estate, Ami works with multiple non profits helping reposition their brands, amplify visibility and his efforts raising funds has reached over $30 million dollars.
